Charles Nunley II, 42, of 8100 Organ Creek in Pendleton was sentenced to 20 years in prison in Marion Circuit Court recently for first-degree sodomy of a person under 12 years of age and second-degree sodomy (two counts).
Nunley received credit for 571 days served.
In other indictments:
- Tabitha K. Hutchinson, 28, of 218 Chestnut Street in Lebanon pled guilty to first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault (two counts), DUI second offense, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to provide proof of insurance.
Hutchinson was originally indicted on a charge of murder, stemming from an automobile collision that took place on July 14, 2009, that resulted in the death of Raelyn Gribbins.
Hutchinson's sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 21.
- Raymond Dale Coulter, 49, of 355 N. Woodlawn Avenue in Lebanon received 365 days in jail on a charge of second-degree sexual abuse. He also received credit for nine months served and the balance of his sentence was probated. He waived the right to expungment in the future, and he is required to register for 20 years per statute as a sexual offender. He was ordered to pay court costs and a fine.
Charges of first-degree sexual abuse (four counts), use of a minor in a sexual performance and indecent exposure were dismissed.
- Ron B. Justice, 26, of 95 Raywick Road in St. Mary was sentenced to two years for first-degree fleeing and evading. His sentence is to be served consecutive to the sentence he is already serving.
A charge of first-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- Martha A. Wheatley, 49, of 118 E. Chandler Street in Lebanon received five years of probation for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000. She was ordered to pay $150 court costs, $25 fee and a $1,000 fine. The restitution has been paid in full.
- Donna Marie McConnell, 48, of 605 Cowherd Lane in Lebanon received five years in prison after her probation was revoked. McConnell was on probation on original charges of knowingly receiving stolen property over $300, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense and first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense. Her sentence is to be served concurrent to a Lincoln County case.
- Clifford K. Hutchinson, 32, of 103 St. Ann Street in Lebanon received three years of probation for first-degree fleeing and evading police and DUI third offense with aggravator. He was ordered to pay $150 court costs and a $25 fee. He received credit for three days served.
Charges of careless driving and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle were dismissed.
- Justin Proctor, 29, (no address listed) received one year in jail for tampering with physical evidence. His sentence is to be served consecutive to a Grayson County case.
A charge of first-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- James Farthing, 35, of Marion Adjustment Center received one year for first-degree promoting contraband. His sentence is to be served consecutive to his current sentence.
A charge of first-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- Zachary Hall, 24, of Marion Adjustment Center received one year for first-degree promoting contraband. His sentence is to be served consecutive to his current sentence.
A charge of first-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- Kathy Ann Lyvers, 24, of 1397 St. Francis Road in St. Francis received three years of pretrial diversion on a charge of first-degree promoting contraband. She was ordered to pay $150 court costs, a $25 bond and a $1,000 fine.
A charge of second-degree sexual abuse was dismissed.
- Jonathan M. Spalding, 24, of 108 Sylvan Drive in Bardstown received five years of pretrial diversion for flagrant non-support. He was ordered to pay $150 court costs and $25 bond fee, to stay current on child support and to pay on his arrears.
- Brandon K. Gribbins, 22, of 192 Nature's Way in Campbellsville received five years of pretrial diversion for theft by unlawful taking over $500. He was ordered to serve 180 days in jail and to pay $150 court costs, a $25 bond fee and a $1,000 fine.
A charge of second-degree burglary was dismissed.
- Ronald Eugene Howard, 40, of 3523 Powell Avenue in Louisville received five years of probation for flagrant non-support. He was ordered to pay $150 court costs. His bond was released to the Division of Child Support. He was ordered to remain current on his payments and to pay $25 per month toward his arrears.
- Raymond Stangel, 24, of Marion Adjustment Center received 24 months of probation for fourth-degree assault. A charge of second-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- Joseph Darnell, 34, of 1019 Polley Drive in Bardstown received 24 months of probation for non-support. He was ordered to pay court costs and to stay current on his child support. A charge of first-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- Anthony Tyler Hamilton, 19, of 1175 Rodney Clark Road in Loretto received one year of pretrial diversion for complicity to third-degree burglary. He was ordered to pay $150 court costs and to enter long-term drug treatment.
- Carl Hazelwood, 39, of 125 Joe Drive in Lebanon was referred to drug court on charges of first-degree trafficking in cocaine first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Billy J. Feese, 31, of 363 Lee Avenue in Lebanon was referred to drug court on a charge of flagrant non-support and on a Washington County case.
Sentencing pending
- Steve Solorio, 27, of 3880 Hwy. 52 in Loretto pled guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense. His sentencing has been scheduled for Feb. 7.
A charge of second-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.- James Smith Caldwell Jr., 24, of 3730 Hwy. 208 in Lebanon pled guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance. His pretrial diversion was dismissed due to a new charge. His sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 7.
Dismissals
- Charges of first-degree promoting contraband and first-degree persistent felony offender were dismissed against Aaron Ruffin, 29, of Marion Adjustment Center. Ruffin stipulated to probable cause in the case.
- Two charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance were dismissed against Thomas M. Brady, 23, of 135 College Park Drive in Lebanon. The charges were dismissed because Brady has completed his pretrial diversion.
- A charge of assault under extreme emotional distress was dismissed against Rita Settles, 50, of 2555 Sam Browning Road. Settles completed her pretrial diversion.
