Mattingly explodes for 4 touchdowns; Knights even record 1-1

By Jessica Veatch and Josh Veatch

The Marion County Knights football team hosted Clay County in the second game of the 2011 Pigskin Classic Saturday evening. After coming off of a 48-21 loss to Russell County last week, the Knights looked to even their record. After allowing the Tigers to score midway through the first quarter, the Knights had to fight back to stay in the game. Marion County would climb back into the game and tie the game at halftime, 14-14.
