Friday, Nov. 12
- Hilpp Construction was the reported victim of theft by unlawful taking and first-degree criminal mischief. Copper line with an estimated value of $50 was reportedly taken Nov. 5. Five heat pumps were also damaged. The amount of damage was unknown at the time of the report.

Friday, Nov. 26
- Tiffany L. Redfern of Chestnut Street in Lebanon was the reported victim of fourth-degree assault domestic violence.  No injuries were reported, and she did not require medical attention.

Saturday, Nov. 27
- Lenora Young of Warren Acres in Lebanon was the reported victim of theft by unlawful taking - firearm. Young reported the that some time between Oct. 27 and Nov. 27, a .22 pistol (valued at $150) and a white gold stone ring (valued at $100) were taken.

Tuesday, Nov. 30
- At 4:54 p.m., the Lebanon Fire Department responded to a possible oven fire at 779 Howard Avenue. The scene was cleared at 5:10 p.m.
- At 7:454 p.m., the Loretto Fire Department responded to a house fire at 9481 Loretto Road. The house was located in Nelson County on Loretto Road and Holy Cross Road. The Nelson County Fire Department assisted the New Hope Fire Department. The scene was cleared at 10:19 p.m.

Dec. 1
- Charles Williams of Gray Street in Lebanon was the reported victim of second-degree burglary around Nov. 26. An inventory of items stolen is pending.

Dec. 3
- William G. Miller of Oak Street in Lebanon was the reported victim of theft by unlawful taking from automobile. A dual brand AM/FM/CD player valued at $50 was removed from the vehicle Dec. 2 or 3. The missing item was recovered and returned to the owner.

Dec. 5
- A collision occurred at 6:47 p.m. on KY 55 at the Marion County/Washington County line. Thomas Mattingly, 66, of Lebanon was driving a 2006 Dodge truck northbound on KY 55. Mattingly struck debris in the roadway, slid on black ice, then collided with a 2001 Chevrolet being driven by Allison Dones, 29, of Bardstown, head-on.  All occupants were belted at the time of collision. Both Mattingly and passenger Charlotte Mattingly, 63, of Lebanon, refused treatment. Dones and passengers Kimberly Holt, 32, and Cory Dones, 4, both of Bardstown were treated and released from Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
