Reports from the Kentucky State Police
- An injury collision occurred at 11:15 a.m. on July 19, one-mile north of Lebanon on KY 429. The collision occurred when a 2006 Pontiac being driven by Kathryn Alford, 19, of Lebanon, was traveling northbound on KY 429. Alford lost control of the vehicle, overcorrected, and left the roadway, coming to final rest in a field. Alford and her passenger, Aurelio Martinez, 4, were both belted at the time of the collision. Both were transported to Spring View Hospital by personal vehicle for minor injuries.
