The Lebanon Police and the Marion County are investigating incidents of counterfeit bills circulating in the community.
Lebanon Police Officer Weston Kemp said he has recovered $220 in counterfeit bills. Lee’s, Little Caesar’s, US Bank, Five Star Food Mart and the Central Kentucky Industrial Tournament reported received counterfeit bills.
Kemp said the counterfeit bills have either been $50 or $20 bills.
