Popes Creek tractor-wagon accident remains under investigation

The Marion County Sheriff's Department is still gathering information about the June 23 accident on Popes Creek Road involving a tractor pulling a wagon filled with people.
At least 17 people, including a 21-month-old, were riding on the wagon at the time the driver of a 1953 Ford Tractor, Steven Baudendistel, lost control causing the passengers to be thrown from the wagon.
