Anyone with unused prescription medication is encouraged to bring it to the drop box at the Lebanon Police Department between 10 a.m and 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26.
Oct. 26 is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department, the Lebanon Police Departmen, the Marion County SAFE Community Coalition and Communicare are supporting the local effort.
Participants can bring any unused drugs to the police, where they will be disposed of in safe, convenient and responsible manner.
