Food service ratings
The following food sanitation inspections were conducted by Marion County Health Center.  The rating score of the establishment is determined by subtracting weighted point totals of noted violations from 100. Unannounced inspections observe the overall operation including food source and protection, personnel, food equipment and utensils, maintenance of water and sewage systems, garbage and refuse disposal, insect, rodent and animal control, and storage of toxic items among others.
Critical violations four or five points in weight are items, which uncorrected carry the potential as an imminent threat to the publics’ health. These items must be corrected in a time designated by the health Center not to exceed 10 days.
• McB’s, 212 West Main Street, Lebanon; 7-22-11. Follow-up food service inspection rating: 91. Violations: Employee preparing food not wearing hair restraint; improper set up of three-compartment sink; re-use of single service items to store other food in; hand-wash sink in food prep area in poor repair; tiles in kitchen in poor repair; ceiling tile in women’s restroom in poor repair. All critical violations corrected from previous inspection on 7-8-11.
• El Rincon Michaocano, 431 East Main St., Lebanon; 7-12-11. Regular and follow-up food service inspection ratings: 90/94; Violations: Employee preparing food not wearing hair restraint; *inside of ice machine soiled; no soap or paper towels at hand-wash sink; no wash hands sign at hand-wash sink; no paper towels in women’s restroom; floor underneath shelf with pots stored on them is soiled; wall next to three compartment sink in poor repair. Follow-up:  *Critical violations corrected; other violations remain the same.
