McQuinn O. Johnson, 36, of 206 Candace Street in Campbellsville has had charges of first-degree rape, intimidating a participant in the legal process and first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed with leave to reinstate. According to the dismissal order, the DNA evidence submitted to the lab will take up to six months to obtain results. Based on those results, this case may be reinstated. As a condition of the dismissal, Johnson must agree to have no contact with the victim and the victim’s mother.
