Rape, sodomy charges dismissed against Lebanon man

Michael Lee Clarkson Jr., 18, of 486 Radio Station Road in Lebanon-Springfield pled guilty to a charge of first-degree wanton endangerment. This was amended from an original charge of first-degree sex abuse.
Charges of first-degree rape of a victim under 12 years old and first-degree sodomy of a victim under 12 years old were dismissed.
His sentencing is scheduled for July 7.
