Raywick man gets pretrial diversion for facilitating burglary

Donald Leake, 21, of 255 Howardstown Road in Raywick received 24 months of pretrial diversion after pleading guilty to facilitation to commit burglary.
He was ordered to pay restitution, a fine and court costs.
Charges of third-degree burglary and receiving stolen property under $10,000 were dismissed.
- Charges of possession of firearm by a convicted felon and cultivating marijuana over five plants were dismissed against Donald P. Riggs, 49, 3388 Hwy. 49 in Loretto because Riggs is deceased.
