Brady, 40, of 3235 St. Joe Road in Raywick was sentenced to 10 years in prison after his probation was revoked on an original charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument (nine counts) and knowingly exploiting an adult over $300. His probation was revoked for failure to report to the probation office. He received credit for an additional 108 days served. He was recommended for substance abuse program treatment.
