The Lebanon Police have identified a suspect in two robberies that took place Dec. 28 and 30. James Curtis “Flipper” Means, 47, of Lebanon is being held at the Marion County Detention Center on a parole violation charge. According to Lebanon Police Chief Shelton Young, the police plan to bring charges of first-degree burglary to the grand jury for a possible indictment against Means.
