Seniors eligible for scholarship

Attention drug-free youth. You are eligible to apply for the Marion County Heartland Safe Community Coalition $500 scholarship for drug-free youth. College bound high school seniors who have never used alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or other illegal drug and who have promoted drug-free lifestyle are eligible. All applicants must be high school seniors in Marion County.
Students can obtain an application from their senior counselor. Students must complete the application form and attach a short essay, which should be mailed or delivered to MCCE, Attn: Martha Ann Mattingly, 214 N. Harrison Street, Lebanon, KY 40033
Applications are due by April 15. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
The selection committee will notify the student’s high school no later than May 13.
