Several businesses were listed as being delinquent on paying their tourism taxes in the report presented at the Oct. 8 tourism meeting. Lebanon Tourism Executive Director Nicky Reynolds noted that the higher than normal number of delinquencies may have been related to Ham Days falling so close to the end of the month.
McBs (12 months) and Hometown BBQ (five months) were previously turned over to the county attorney. Both of these restaurants have paid toward two months of their reported delinquencies.
