The Little Miss Ham Days and Tommy Burress Jr. Farmer contest will be held from 10 until 11 a.m. on Main Stage Saturday, Sept. 24, during Marion County Country Ham Days. The location is subject to change.
The contest is for boys and girls, ages 2 to 4 years old. Eva Jo Nugent will be the chairperson.
Children must reside in Marion County and register by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21.
Out-of-town, disinterested judges will judge children on appropriateness of dress depicting Marion Country Ham Days, charm and personality.
