It's time to sign up for Upward 2008-209 Basketball and Cheerleading.

Registration forms are available at Lebanon Christian Church, 660 Loretto Road, Lebanon.

The early registration cost per child for basketball is $48; after Nov. 11, the cost is $53.

Early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $51; after Nov. 11, the cost is $56.

Deadline for registration is Nov. 23.

Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $13. Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $13.

No registration will be taken after Nov. 23.
