Smithsonian music exhibit coming to Lebanon

"New Harmonies: Celebrating American Roots Music" will be coming to Lebanon Sept. 21 through Nov. 3. This Smithsonian traveling exhibit was designed for rural audiences.

Lebanon City Attorney Kandice Engle-Gray said the Centre Square Foundation Board brought the information to her, and they had a short time frame in which to turn in a grant application. The city learned Thursday that it will be one of six cities in Kentucky that will get to host the exhibit.
