Springfield woman files lawsuit against TG Kentucky

Christina Ellery of 123 Domus Court in Springfield has filed a lawsuit in Marion Circuit Court against TG Kentucky and MS Companies of Kentucky LLC.

In her complaint, filed Jan. 9, Ellery argues that she was fired after she was injured on the job and pursued a worker's compensation claim. She further argues that her firing was a violation of Kentucky statutes prohibiting retaliation for filing a worker's compensation claim.
She also argues that her firing constituted the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
She is seeking attorney fees.
