State officials respond to swine flu

Dr. William Hacker, the Kentucky Department of Public Health commissioner, and Dr. Kraig Humbaugh, the state epidemiologist held a press conference Monday afternoon to discuss swine flu.

"The situation right now is evolving and changes daily," Hacker said.

According to the Center for Disease Control, the swine flu is a variation of the influenza A strain of the flu virus.
