Students win ‘Get Active, Get Fit’ school challenge

A.C. Glasscock Elementary School in Lebanon was one of 20 schools in the state that recently won the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield “Get Active, Get Fit” School Challenge hosted by Radio Disney. Through a partnership with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, the “Get Active, Get Fit” School Challenge helped educate more than 41,000 students in 116 schools throughout Kentucky about the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.
Because GES had one of the highest percentages of participation, its students will receive a Radio Disney Dance Party to celebrate their accomplishment.
