Last week, Head Coach Trent Milby said he hoped a new week would bring better results for the Lady Knights. Indeed it did. The Lady Knights softball team had a busy week, playing six games in five days. The team was supposed to travel to Campbellsville on Saturday and play in the Lady Eagle Classic, but that tournament was canceled due to rain. The Lady Knights won four out of those six games, one being a win against district rival Taylor County, helping Marion County clinch the No. 2 seed in the district, ensuring them home field advantage when they play No.
