Thanksgiving Cornucopia Concert to be held Nov. 20 at Loretto Motherhouse

The father-son duo of Robert (piano) and Jon Reynolds (guitar) will perform “A Thanksgiving Cornucopia Concert” at 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 20, at the Loretto Motherhouse. The afternoon concert will offer eclectic mood-setting pieces about fall, autumn, Thanksgiving and the season, including selections by composers Bach, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, and Joplin as well as modern composers Vince Guaraldi, George Winston and Pat Metheny. Robert teaches music at Lindsey Wilson College, and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Jon currently teaches English as a Second Language at Gateway Community and Technical College and is a graduate of Centre College. He began his guitar studies 16 years ago under the tutelage of Bob Mercer at Northern Kentucky University.
