Third person arrested and indicted in Pyles murder

A Casey County grand jury has indicted another man on charges that he aided in the shooting death of Wendell Gleason Pyles at Tarter Manufacturing in Dunnville on Sept. 26.

Anthony Lee Byrd, 53, of 853 River Road, Dunnville, was indicted Dec. 10 on a charge of criminal facilitation to commit murder and first-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.

Byrd joins William R. “Bobby” Rigdon and David Salyers in allegedly playing a role in Gleason's murder.
