The Lebanon Tourist and Convention Commission is scheduled to meet in a special-called meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, in room 300 at the Centre Square Convention Center.

The agenda is relatively short, but includes an executive session related to the ongoing executive director search.

The first item is discussion and action on the proposal from a delegation at the Monday, Nov. 14, regular meeting. At that meeting, Robin Humphress asked if the commission would be willing to pay for the rental of microphones to use in the melodrama "Lovely in Danger", which will be performed at Angelic Hall during Dickens Christmas and the Heart of Kentucky Holiday Festival.

Humphress also provided information in case the commission decided to purchase microphones that it could keep on hand for future stage production.

The executive session is planned under KRS 61.80(f), which relates to the possible hiring, discipline or dismissal of personnel.

The agenda also reads that the commission may consider approval on the appointment of an executive director.
