Tractor accident leads to probation for driver

Steven R. Baudendistel, 44, 1190 Popes Creek Road in Lebanon received 24 months of probation in Marion Circuit Court last week for one count of second-degree wanton endangerment. He was also ordered to pay restitution to any victims that were not paid by insurance.
