Two Lebanon men are charged with theft of services

Temple L. McKenzie, 33, of 459 W. Main Street in Lebanon was indicted for theft of services over $500 and first-degree criminal trespass.
According to the indictment, between July 22, 2010, and May 13, 2011, McKenzie intentionally obtained services by deception, threat, false token or other means to avoid payment for services known to be available only for compensation, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. The value of those services was in excess of $500.
