Two restaurants turned over to county attorney regarding tourism taxes

McB's and Hometown BBQ have been turned over to the Marion County Attorney for being delinquent in turning in tourism taxes they have collected from their customers, according to a report presented Sept. 10 to the Lebanon Tourist and Convention Commission.

According to the report McB's is nine months delinquent in turning in the tourism taxes it has collected, and Hometown BBQ is five months delinquent.
