Upcoming games

The Marion County boys and girls basketball teams will travel to Campbellsville Friday to take on the Taylor County Cardinals with action beginning at 6:30 p.m.  This will be the first of two scheduled meetings between the two teams with the next scheduled for Feb. 4, at the Roby Dome. The Knights and Cardinals have met more than 90 times since 1970, with 23 of those meetings coming in the postseason. Marion County holds a 4-19 record over Taylor County in the postseason with wins coming in 1974, 1993, 1997 and 2005.
