In my garden, I always get the little tomatoes - cherry, grape, plum, etc. - weeks before I get any big red ones. They’re great in salads and just for munching, but I always end up with too many. I like roasted vegetables of all kinds. In fact, I’ve had them in this column before. So, I decided to try it with an abundance of small red and yellow tomatoes I happened to have.
