Terry Wayne Keeling, 25, of 411 Village Loop in Lebanon was sentenced to five years in prison recently for second-degree burglary and endangering the welfare of a minor. His sentence is to be served concurrently with another Marion County case.
In other circuit court matters:
- Terrico D. Perry, 32, of 184 S. Woodland Drive #28 in Radcliff was sentenced to one year for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was ordered to serve this sentence concurrent with a Hardin County case.
- Rhonda A. Hooper, 44, of 15 Howard Avenue in Lebanon received five years of probation for first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense. She was ordered to serve 60 days in jail with credit for 25 days served. She was ordered to pay $175.
A charge of second-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
- William Nugent, 40, of 825 Scotts Ridge Road in Raywick received 24 months of probation for carrying a concealed deadly weapon. He was ordered to pay $150 and to forfeit the seized firearm.
