Johanna Marie Blanford and James Fredrick Mudd, Jr. were united in marriage Friday, July 16, 2010 at 7 p.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Deacon Joseph Dant officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Margaret Blanford and Stanley and Shelly Hourigan. Grandparents are Al and Helen Spalding and Carolyn Blanford and the late Joseph Blanford.
The groom is the son of Fred and Sharon Mudd. Grandparents are the late Phillip and Josephine Mudd and Dortha Mattingly and the late Thomas “Wish” Mattingly.
Paula Weaver served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tracy Farmer, Ashley Knopp, Amanda Leathers, Rita Clark, Martha Mattingly, Janice Royalty and Angie Marrett. Flower girls were Raelee Weaver, Emily Clark and Kylie Marrett.
Matthew Browning served as best man. Groomsmen were Adam Knopp, Jamie Abell, John Michael Leachman, Bradley Graves, Kirk Cecil, Eddie Mattingly and Brian Blanford. Ring bearer was Clayton Weaver.
A reception followed the ceremony at the St. Augustine Parish Center,
After a bridal trip to Hawaii, they are making their home in Lebanon.
