Wheatley to serve 90 days in jail

Martha A. Wheatley, 59, will be serving 90 days in jail as a part of her sentence after pleading guilty to theft by unlawful taking over $10,000.
Wheatley, of 118 E. Chandler Street in Lebanon, received five years of probation. She was also ordered to pay $150 court costs, a $25 fee and a $1,000 fine.
She repaid the restitution prior to sentencing.
Due to a reporter’s error, an item in last week’s Enterprise listed an incorrect age for Wheatley and omitted that she would be serving 90 days in jail.
