-A A +A

Wilbert Plastic Services presented a donation of tools and supplies to the newly established Marion County Area Technology Center’s industrial maintenance program. With the recent hiring of Jason Tatum, industrial maintenance instructor at the ATC, he noticed an immediate need and lack of basic tools the students needed. Those needs were brought to the attention of Kenny Marrett, industry coordinator at the ATC.
Wilbert Plastics Services has been in Lebanon since 1995. They employee more than 210 people. Wilbert Plastics is a member of the Marion County Jobs Training Consortium. Andrew Hall, plant manager, and Bert Siegrist, operations manager, were instrumental in providing the generous donation to the ATC.
Lebanon’s plant is one of five plastic injection molding facilities with TS 16949, ISO 9000 and AS9100 (2012) certifications. With the growth at the Lebanon plant, Wilbert has a long-term business expansion with Ford, which has created many new jobs for the local economy. Production is underway to manufacturer automotive part for the new Ford Escape, Ford Lincoln and the Ford Transit Van.
