    Youth rally
    A youth rally will be held from 6-10:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Open Arms Community Church, 2205 Danville Highway, Lebanon. Kristen Sexton will be the guest speaker with a testimony by Kristen Mattingly. Campbellsville  University Worship Band will provide the music. There will be food, games, and prizes the night of the event as well.

    Rosary rally
    Public Square Rosary Rally will be held Saturday, Oct. 15 at noon at the David R. Hourigan Government Office Building in Lebanon. This rally, sponsored by America Needs Fatima, will be one of over 15,000 rallies that will take place all across the United States on that day.

  • Order celebrates 800th anniversary

    An 800-year-old order and 200-year-old Washington County tradition will be celebrating its birthday with a concert at St. Catharine this month.
    Sr. Clair McGowan said Mid-Kentucky Arts will perform a musical tribute to honor the 800th anniversary of the founding of The Dominican Order on Oct. 16.
    “For me it’s amazing to be a part of something that’s 800 years old,” McGowan said. “800 years is a long time.”

    Turkey supper
    Holy Trinity Church in Fredericktown will host their annual turkey supper on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 4-8 p.m. at 306 Fredericktown Road, Fredericktown. Meals will be served from 4-7:30 p.m. with the drawing at 8 p.m. Drive-thru is also available. All booths and games will be held in the church basement.

    Beech Grove Baptist Church will be having a revival from Wednesday, Sept. 28 through Saturday, Oct 1. Services will begin at 6:30 each evening. There will be a potluck Italian night at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct 1 before services. Bring an Italian dish, salad, or dessert. Bro. Dean Carpenter and Bro. Roger Followell will be speaking. There will be special music every night. Everyone is invited.

    Missionary Day
    Rev. Tommy Calhoun and First Baptist Church, N. Depot Street, Lebanon, invites you to attend their Missionary Day program at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21. The guest will be Donte Paul MT from Vernon Baptist Church, Campbellsville.

    Bradfordsville Baptist Church will be in revival Sept. 25 through Sept. 28. Sunday night service will begin at 6:00. Monday through Wednesday services will begin at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Bro. Joe Veal. Please join us.
