    Monday, Dec. 12: herb baked chicken, potatoes with carrots, peas, butterscotch pudding, and cornbread.
    Tuesday, Dec. 13: baked pork chop, buttered corn, green beans, mandarin oranges, and whole wheat roll.
    Wednesday, Dec. 14: beef Swiss steak, wild rice with apricots, buttered carrots, strawberries/bananas, and whole wheat roll.

  • Carswell and Ryan marry Nov. 4 in N.C.

     

    Lance Corporal Jana Elise Carswell and Thomas Jordan Ryan were married Nov. 4, 2016 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. A reception was held at Mordecai’s in Springfield on Nov. 26.
    The bride is the daughter of Mark and Lisa Gunther Carswell of McKenney, Texas.
    The groom is the son of Joe and Dana Smith of Bardstown and the late Tommy Ryan.
    The couple will live in Jacksonville, North Carolina while stationed at Camp Leijune. Both are enlisted in the United States Marine Corp.

    Wednesday, Nov. 30: pork roast loin, buttered new potatoes, buttered spinach, pineapple chunks, and whole wheat roll.
    All meals are served with skim milk.

    Thursday and Friday, Nov. 24 and 25: closed for Thanksgiving.
