Mike and Jamie Thompson of Loretto announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brooklyn Marie Thompson to Derrick Matthew Morris, son of Danny Morris and Susie and Larry Oliver of New Haven.
The wedding will take place at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, New Hope.
Ann Mattingly and Joe Brady celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on April 24, 2016. The couple was married April 24, 1976 in Marion County. They celebrated with a trip to Florida.
The couple has a son, Jimmy, and three grandchildren.
Olivia Bland will celebrate her first birthday on April 28, 2016. Her parents are Brian and Amy Bland.
Her grandparents are Jenny Bland, Ed and Laurie Heckel, and Charles Corder. Her great-grandmother is Bette Lorenzen.
Olivia has two sisters, Andrea and Lucy.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lanham of Loretto will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on April 23, 2016. They are members of St. Charles Catholic Church in St. Mary.
Robert retired from Ford Motor Company. Christine is the former Christine Hutchins. They have three children and three grandchildren.

Maternal grandparents are Keith and Sheila Wheatley of Loretto. Paternal grandparents are Gerry Krechting of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late Janie Krechting. Great-grandparents are Leo and Betty Ballard of Holy Cross.
Owen Joseph has two sisters, Lydia and Nora.
