Rita Mattingly Cecil celebrated her 90th birthday on Dec. 31, 2017. She is the former Rita Miles formerly of Marion County.
Her children are Donnie and Tom Mattingly, Laura Benningfield, Kathy Vaughn, Joyce Mattingly, Alicia Biven, Helen Jones and the late Stevie and Tony Mattingly. She has 17 grandchildren and one deceased and several great-grandchildren.
Monday, Jan. 29: spaghetti with meatballs, roasted Brussels sprouts, garlic breadstick, and fruit cocktail.
Tuesday, Jan. 30: taco salad, beef chili, lettuce, onions, cheese, corn chips, and mixed fruit.
Wednesday, Jan. 31: ham, pinto beans, pickled beets, buttered spinach, pear crisp, and cornbread.
All meals are served with skim milk.
Hosparus Health of Green River needs volunteers in Adair, Green, Hart, Marion, Metcalfe, Taylor and Washington counties, will offer free training on Monday, Jan. 29 from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its Campbellsville office, 295 Campbellsville Bypass (behind Coltons).

Ian and Courtney Collins of Lebanon announce the birth of a 7-pound, 10-ounce son, Joseph Carl Collins, born Dec. 27, 2017 at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon.
Maternal grandparents are Jackie and Charlie Flanagan of Lebanon. Great-grandparents are Judy Pinkston of Lebanon and the late Carl Pinkston, and Louis and Aline Flanagan of Lebanon.
Joseph Carl has a brother, Zachery Collins.
