Monday, Oct. 17: Baked chicken, potatoes w/carrots, green peas w/slithered almonds, pumpkin mousse, roll.
Tuesday, Oct. 18: Baked pork chops, buttered corn, lima beans, mandarin oranges, cornbread.
Wednesday, Oct. 19: Swiss steak, wild rice w/apricots, buttered carrots, strawberries and bananas, wheat roll.
Thursday, Oct. 20: Chicken and dumplins, mashed potatoes, buttered spinach, baked apples.
Friday, Oct. 21: Salmon croquettes, rigatoni and tomatoes, buttered broccoli, banana pudding, roll.

I don’t know how many have asked me “do you not have an article or write a column for the Enterprise anymore?” I tell them how long it has been and they say they really miss reading it. It is unreal but nice to know that so many people do care and enjoy my gab. As a matter of fact it has been since last June for my last article. I have a journal of all my columns and they are for five years.
