  • Friends of the Library working on barn quilt project

The Friends of the Library is continuing to work on the barn quilt project that it started Oct. 1. The barn quilt will hang on the N. Harrison Street side of the Marion County Public Library. The design is a book shelf with book spines, which will contain names, “in memory of” sentiments, business names, etc. A donation of $25 to $100 determines the size of your book spine. All funds from this project go toward the construction of a reading garden that will be built on the E. Main Street side of the library.
