Want a new dessert to fix for Easter?
Here is an easy and delicious one I’m mighty fond of, Hot Fudge Brownie Cake. I had seen the recipe before, in some cookbooks, but when I was looking through a Southern Living magazine a few years ago, the full color picture of it really caught my eye.
I’ve made it many times since, and it is always a hit. In fact, the last time I made it I substituted hot coffee for the boiling water in the recipe and I thought it was even more fabulous. Add some vanilla ice cream, and it is to die for.
