Chris Hamilton won the Aurora, Ill., Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals recent “tips for success” competition.
During the Young Professionals’ annual gathering, participants were given two minutes to answer the question, “What tips did you follow to be successful in your business/career?”
Hamilton responded:
1. Don’t try to be perfect. Be confident and move forward with conviction.
2. Do the homework. Prepare. Prepare. Prepare. Did I say prepare?
