Bethlehem High School in Bardstown is accepting nominations for its Hall of Fame awards. The 2013 recipients will be honored on Aug. 10 at the annual Hall of Fame Banquet.
The Hall of Fame award is presented to a former BHS graduate, living or deceased, for a culmination of their outstanding contributions and achievements. This person has been an exceptionally loyal and devoted supporter of BHS. Nominee must be at least a 10-year graduate of BHS.

Marion County High School art students recently competed in the Caveland Regional Art Competition with seven other high schools. Competing schools include Taylor, Washington, South Warren, Warren Central, Adair and Grayson County high schools.
Marion County earned seven awards, including three students’ works that will be advancing to state competition.
The following students received awards:
• Emily Clark, first place, ceramics
• Johanna Leake, first place, painting and third place, printmaking
