One of the inmates who walked away from Marion Adjustment Center on March 25 has been apprehended.
Josh Levi Hogue, 30, was captured in Pulaski County at his wife's home, according to Det. Glen Bland of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.
"They were surprised," Bland said.
He added that Hogue was taken without incident.
"We went in with enough manpower and fast enough that he had to go peacefully," Bland said. "We didn't take any chances."
