  • Lebanon man indicted for robbery, assault and theft

    A Marion County grand jury has indicted William G. Biggers, 39, 2 Blossom Lane, Lebanon, on charges of first degree robbery, second degree assault, theft by unlawful taking under $500, and with being a persistent felony offender.
    According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 10, 2015, during the commission of a theft, Biggers used a deadly weapon to cause injury to another person. Biggers has at least two prior felony convictions. Bond was set at $10,000 full cash. Biggers was ordered to have no contact with the complaining witness.

    William Broyles of Chadley Avenue in Lebanon reported 36 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, totaling $871.62.

    March 29
    Julia Thomas of Thompson Drive in Lebanon reported a window broken out of her vehicle, which was parked at Village Loop, causing $300 worth of damage.
