    Patrick L. Hyatt of Walnut Street in Lebanon reported a burglary. He reported that a window had been broken out of his residence and the following items were stolen:
    Samsung 49-inch television ($450), $380 in cash, and Subutex medication (value not listed).

    Jan. 7
    Rachel M. Bland of Blossom Lane in Lebanon reported the theft of an Xbox ($350) and a Sony Playstation ($150).

  • Post 15 activity for December

    During the month of December 2017, there were 17 traffic accidents investigated by the State Police working in the Post 15 area in the 11 counties of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Taylor, and Washington.
    There were five fatal collisions during the month of December in the Post 15 area.
    Danny G. Helm, 71 years old of Adair County was killed on Dec. 1 in Russell County.
    Jimmie Bennett, 74 years old of Adair County was killed on Dec. 14 in Adair County.

  • Lebanon man indicted for wanton endangerment, drugs

    Tevaughn J. Porter, 26, of 313 Shelby Street Apt 4 in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court on Dec. 21 for intimidating a witness in the legal process, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and second-degree persistent felony offender.
