  • Lebanon man, woman indicted for making meth

    Billy Joseph Feese, 35, of 363 Lee Avenue in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court recently for manufacturing methamphetamines first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree persistent felony offender.
    According to the indictment, on or about Sept. 23, Feese unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamines, possessed two or more chemicals or two or more pieces of equipment with the intent of manufacturing methamphetamines, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.

  • Louisville man gets two years for burglary, drug possession

    Richard Greer, 21, of 2310 E. Jefferson Street in Louisville had his probation revoked on charges of third-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance. His two-year sentence was reinstated for those charges because Greer violated the terms of his probation.

  • Lebanon man indicted for sodomy, incest

    Steven D. Williams, 41, of 825 Raywick Road in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court recently for first-degree sodomy (two counts), incest (two counts) and second-degree persistent felony offender.

  • Lebanon man gets five years for sex abuse

    Ricardo Sunun-Gomez, 34, of 118 Holly Hill Inn in Lebanon was sentenced to five years in prison in Marion Circuit Court last week for six charges of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years old).
    According to the indictment, the incidents occurred between July 1, 2010, and March 14, 2013. Two different victims were indicated by the indictment.
    Sunun-Gomez will be required to register as a sex offender with the probation and parole office, and a sample of his blood will be taken by the Department of Corrections for DNA law enforcement identification purposes.

  • Former school board secretary seeks reinstatement of unemployment benefits

    A former school board secretary has filed six separate but related complaints against the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission and the Marion County Board of Education.
    On Nov. 12, Pam Spalding filed six “verified complaints seeking judicial review of a decision of the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission” in Marion Circuit Court.
