George M. Smith, 31, of 31 Maple Street Apartments in Lebanon was indicted for second-degree burglary and second-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on or about Aug. 30, 2012, Smith knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling with intent to commit a crime, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least one felony after his 18th birthday.

Charles Gaddie, 32, of 309 S. Proctor Knott Avenue in Lebanon had his probation revoked and his 15-year sentence reinstated on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (three counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (three counts) and second-degree persistent felony offender (three counts). His probation was revoked because of failure to complete treatment and new charges.
