  • Lebanon man sentenced to one year in prison

    Jason Lamar Keene, 33, of 301 Village Loop in Lebanon pled guilty to tampering with physical evidence, first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree fleeing and evading on foot, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and prescription of a controlled substance not in proper container in Marion Circuit Court recently. He was sentenced to serve one year in prison, beginning June 25. He was ordered to pay $133 court costs.
    Keene is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 15.

  • Lebanon man facing firearm, theft charges

    Marion L. Price, 38, of 119 College Street in Lebanon was indicted in three separate indictments in Marion Circuit Court recently for two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm), theft by unlawful taking under $500, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and three counts first-degree persistent felony offender.
