  • Mock Avenue man gets four years for burglaries

    Terrance S. Hazelwood, 31, of 229 Mock Avenue in Lebanon was sentenced to four years on three counts of second-degree burglary in Marion Circuit Court recently.
    His sentence is to be served concurrently with previous cases in Marion and Washington counties, but consecutively to earlier cases. He was ordered to pay $1,175 restitution.

  • Local man pleads guilty to abusing children

    Christopher Reardon, 22, of 16 Howard Avenue in Lebanon pled guilty to second-degree assault and seven counts of criminal abuse. His sentencing has been scheduled for July 25.
    Reardon was originally indicted for first-degree assault and seven counts of criminal abuse stemming from incidents involving a 1-year-old female, a 2-year-old male, a 3-year-old female and a 5-year-old female between Aug. 1 and Aug. 4 last year.

  • Lebanon man has drug charges dismissed due to newer indictment

    Charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and second-degree persistent felony offender were dismissed against Anthony Tyrone Graves, 43, of 65 Sunrise Drive in Lebanon. However, those charges were dismissed because of another indictment against Graves.
    Graves was indicted Jan. 10 on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance first or second offense (4 grams or more) and second-degree persistent felony offender.
